DAS Replay is training software. It replays real historical market data and simulates order fills against that data. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, not a brokerage, and not a platform for live trading. No real capital is ever at risk and no real orders are ever placed.

Simulated performance has inherent limitations. Fills, slippage, and queue position are modeled from historical tape and will differ from live execution. Past results — simulated or real — do not guarantee future results. Trading real securities carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

When you request a beta seat on the /access page we collect the name and email you submit, plus the experience level and asset class you select and the optional notes field. These are stored in our database (Supabase) solely so we can contact you about onboarding to the beta.

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We retain a beta request until the beta concludes or you ask us to delete it. To access or delete your data, email [email protected].

The application itself authenticates through Supabase; your session is held in your browser.

If you hold a beta account we may email you about what has changed on the desk. Every one of those messages carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately without affecting your account. Email you cannot opt out of is limited to messages you ask for or that are required to operate your account — confirming your address, signing in, and resetting your password.

We use Google Analytics on this site (dasreplay.com) and on the app (app.dasreplay.com) to understand how they are used. It collects usage and traffic data — the pages you visit and how you move between them — along with your approximate location and information about your device and browser. We use this to improve the product and to see which of our marketing actually brings people here. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including one that links your visit across dasreplay.com and app.dasreplay.com so a signup reads as one journey rather than two separate visits.

The desk is provided during a private beta on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Access is invite-only and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

You agree to use the software for personal training and education only, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and not to misrepresent simulated results as live trading performance. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
